Me and My Spirit Guides
I was born in 1977 in Winchester, Hants. I spent my formative years at 13 Milverton Road. This is where I had my first spiritual encounter. I realised at the age of 5 that I could talk to people who were not visible to my Mum and Dad.
I would hold conversations and explain to my mum who the person was, who I could see.As far as I can remember it was a gentleman who was aged between 50 - 65 yrs old. I vividly remember the gentleman's welcoming presence. I assumed he was visible to everyone but realised that he wasn't, when Mum and Dad would ask who I was talking to. I explained about the Manin the corner, but they told me then that they could see no one.

Through the Ages
Throughout my childhood I would keep myself to myself, and would only have a select number of friends. I had a real lack of confidence which effected me as I got older. My upbringing was one that Mum and Dad really did not get on, and it left me in a world of my own. I feel that throughout my teenage years I would often try and connect to the spirit world to ask for help and advice about making decisions and which way to turn next. The introduction of Brown Bear - Described below was interesting - as I first went to see Psychic Medium Jane Hamilton-Parker for a Psychic Reading and she noticed that I had a Native American Indian standing behind me clearing the paths that lay ahead for me.
I also remember an incident being told to me by my Mother and Father that I was lucky to be alive at a very early age. It was when I was a toddler and I was walking around the fire place, it had a marble harth and my Dad saw that I was about to fall backwards, instantly he lept from his seat and put out his hand and my head which was about to hit the harth was cushioned by his hand. I believe even at an early age my spirit guides help saved me and were communicating with my Fathers spirit guides.

SPIRIT GUIDES
My Nan (Emily Little) 1896-1996
Nan will always be remembered to me as someone whom I could trust and confide in. She would wrap you up in her arms and fill you with love and warmth. It brings a tear to my eye remembering the days we shared together when i visited her on my way to scouts. We would always have a game of cards, which was great because she taught me how to interpret the meanings of the cards.
Nan was a very spiritual person who would often do Tarot and Table Tilting and activities alike, she had such a kind nature that I believe spirit was often attracted to her and that she could give some brilliant guidance in life – I feel that she was also a natural healer with her warm hands and warm heart forever giving to people and asking for nothing in return!
Nan lived on her own for the time that I knew her and she would welcome anyone in, and would support people who were in need of help - she could see through people and this is what i loved about her, she could recognise whether the people I would associate myself with, were good friends or not - this I felt was a valuable insight into trusting my own inner feelings. So at an early age I would try and develop an understanding with myself and try and feel people’s problems and pain and try and take it on myself to try and help them.
Many People loved Nan and I would like to mention one in particular, My Auntie Sue – she will always be remembered for arranging a Brass Band to play at my Nans house for my Nan’s final 99th Birthday. Nan sat in delight in being able to lead the band and get them to play her favourite tunes.

Bill - My other Spirit Guide
Bill was related to Sue (my Wife's) Nan and was always a man who liked to be with others; he was a man with great charm and charisma and liked to talk about the days when he was working for the Navy. I only knew him for a short while, but the time that I did know him, I learnt a lot and gained a true friend - a man that was understanding and really a true Gentleman.
He comes through to me with great advice and evidence - he helps channel information that I can relay and give to the sitter before me and more often than not I will give truly outstanding pieces of evidence that would make sense only to that person who is sitting the reading.

Brown Bear - Native American Indian.
Brown Bear was introduced to me by Jane Hamilton-Parker she saw this Native American Indian standing behind me and she said that he was a tall and wise man that wore two feathers on his head dress, and that he was with me clearing the path that lay ahead of me.
Another Medium Mary Noticed Brown Bear around me at our group on Wed's she too said he was a very tall man with a well built frame and very dominent facual features. Also again Mary said that this man had two feathers in his head dress gear.
Brown Bear has been seen by Mary on many occasions ( Mary is part of a formed circle running every week) In her own words she describes Brown Bear -
" Brown Bear is a beautiful American Indian with a head dress made of many feathers white, brown and black reaching down his back to the ground. I feel his eyes see into your very soul, Great Wisdom shines from their dephts, tall and strong in statue and signified and proud looking. I would think Brown Bear would have been a Great man and Leader in his time, his face is long with high cheek bones and chissled chin.
Sometimes I see him on a horse bare back, also standing with arm's across
his chest with a Tomahawk in each hand, on two occasions a younger Indian stood by his side with
one feather in his hair. It seems to be an honour to recieve and pass on his words
of Help and Wisdom to Daren which he gives with Great Love, his energy is lovely,
but sadly we have been told that he has to move on as Brown Bear
is needed elsewhere.

My Own Experiences with My Spirit Guides.
I have found over the years that all my Spirit Guides work with me under the right circumstances, I sit for a Group Circle once a week and find that each particular night my guides come through to me at their strongest, with accurate information that I can relay to the group and to my Sitters.
Brown Bear: I have found to be very dominent and very caring, I feel that he was behind many changes in my life throughout the course of the Year 2005, he usually is around me when I am working around the home and also at work. Brown Bear is probably best described as someone who is at least 7ft Tall and also very Knowledgable he is also very softly spoken.
My Nan and Bill are with me most of the time, I find they are very influancing and guide me through life like Brown Bear - I feel that my Nan is working with a host of people on the Earth Plain and that I feel she likes to see people get on with one another, she seems to be around me when any kind of music is played or when I am out driving on my own.
Bill is very much the Person who looks after everyone and I feel that his energy is very warming and I sense that he likes to be with me especially when I am working at the Church in Chilcomb.
